RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you in returning or exchanging your item(s). You may return your unworn and unwashed item(s) with their original tags attached for a refund within 30 days. All SALE items are FINAL SALE. Please read through our full return policy before attempting to complete your return.

Safety Workwear believes that returns should be made simple. The instructions for a quick return are outlined below. All questions regarding your return can be found on this page. If you still require assistance with an issue not addressed below, please email help@safetyworkwear.com

Please note we do NOT print out return labels and send them to your address. If you do not have means to print the label, please find a local print and copy location.

Step 1:

Step 2:

Enter the email used for your order and follow the step-by-step instructions on the easy-return page to receive your shipping label download and tracking information.

Step 3:

Select item(s) you wish to return. 

Step 4:

Place the unworn and unwashed item(s) you wish to return into their original packaging. You can use your original Safety Workwear box, package, or any other unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.

Step 5:

Close your box or packaging and ensure that it is securely taped on both sides. Attach your new return label to the shipping box or packaging. Please remove any existing labels, stickers, or other markings from the box prior to shipping.

Step 6:

Please allow 4-5 business days for our fulfilment center to receive your return. Once approved, we will issue your refund to your original form of payment within 7-15 business days. 

 

Return Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Embroidered, hemmed, or otherwise altered items are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any damaged items will not be eligible for refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Refunds (if applicable)
It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach the Safety Workwear fulfillment center. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@safetyworkwearstore.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you wish to exchange your defective/damaged item for the same item, send us an email at info@safetyworkwearstore.com and we will contact you with information regarding the next steps.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
